Why am I me?

Sometimes I wonder why I am ‘me’. I’ve never told anyone about that as I don’t want them to think I’ve lost the plot or take for a weirdo.

I don’t think about that very often, though. What bothers me with this ‘why am I myself’ business is that I feel like the world is revolving around me.

The thing is: I just wonder how come I’m me in my little body and mind among 7 billion people?!

Oh now I can already imagine whoever I’d talk to about it thinking I’m just another self centred queen who needs to get over herself. They might be right, though.

Why can I only see the
world through my own eyes?
It’s not like I feel trapped in my own body but I could do with a change of perspective.
